Hi Spicy Lady,

Will do! I suppose it will be like a pork and apple sausage or a turkey and cranberry (got that Idea from dogsbody's croissant sausage rolls with cranberrys spread on the pastry)

apricots in sausage

Great idea - have not tried it myself. Please make some and let us know. Lamb sausage should be good with apricots.

Recipe Variations

Hi,

Has anyone ever tried including something like dried apricots in their sausages? I have tried various cheeses that have done this and I was thinking of trying it with sausages.
Has anyone got any recommendations on what mix or spices to use with the apricots?
