Wheat Free

You can also use Quinoa, Polenta, Potato or Rice flour for Gluten or Wheat intolerances. Make sure that the
Rye bread does not have wheat added by checking the ingredients. Very Happy

Wheat free

Finding out i had a wheat allergy really hamperd my choices of food, However by replacing the breads crumbs with Rye bread created a sausage that was not only wheat free buyt added an extra earthiness to the taste Smile
