Glad to hear that you have started making your own. Did you add stabiliser to the mixture and what meat did you use - how much fat etc. You can get the stabiliser from Designasausage at http://www.designasausage.com/pages/prods.asp?catid=2&subcatid=23

Just found this forum and have started making sausages. First batch sort of ok but filling was a bit dense when cooked. Tasted ok but texture was a bit solid...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
