I bought the dry cure mix some time ago but have mislaid the instructions. Does anyone have them please?

You can buying a ham and bacon cure pack at http://www.designasausage.com/pages/prods.asp?catid=2&subcatid=28
This can be used as a dry cure or a brine and comes with the recipe. All you need beside the cure pack is Pork Loin and a fridge. Bon Appetit!

Daft question I suppose but how and what do I need to make real english bacon (as we can't get it here in Hungary)
