Sausage Stabiliser Empty Stabiliser

When using the natural stabiliser from
http://www.designasausage.com/pages/prods.asp?catid=2&subcatid=23
you only need to use 10 grammes per 1 kilo of meat. This makes the sausages juicy and not crumbly.
